Hey all, well the lastest scoop i can dig up was that, SUPERMAN is coming to town 8) , yes u heard right, there is talk in the air saying that SFGA is going to get a SUPERMAN: THE ESCAPE, one that is similar to the one in SFMM (Magic Mountain), personaly the ride is short intense and the best part is the 6.5 seconds of Weighlessness that u feel while u are up a 415 foot tower, that s like 41 story building. oh and dont forget the 0 - 100 in less than 7 seconds , that s pretty cool, well if this is true it would be a wonderfull attraction to the SUPERHERO THEME LAND that "Nitro"was talking about all tought i am not sure they are willing to move two coasters, but hey its anyones call here we just have to see what happens, but what ever does happen i will keep u guys informed. ;D

We already have Chiller. To the pubilc, Superman would look like nothing compared to Chiller, and I don't think that GAdv will get a 20 million dollar ride that is basically the same as something they already have.

In my opinion I would have to agree with Phatage, we dont need another chiller type coaster. We need somehting different.

Nino, read what nitro said harder he was kidding. They are not goin to build super hero land and take down two coasters, actually three, and get rid of movie town. No offense nino, but when you think up these stories please try a lil' harder to make them sound real ok . Sorry, I just can't take people that are obviously making things up look at all of Nino's other threads I mean come on. Plus, if we were to get any superman themed coaster it would most likely be a flyer.

So you haven't been to the New York offfices yet? Since you are on the inside could you give us an idea about what is in store for SFGAD's 30th Anniversary? What I would like to know is if we are getting more than one new attraction? How much money is SFGAD planning on spending?
