My buddy and I decided to take advantage of the free visit to HH this past weekend so I figured what the heck...I post my first trip report!
HH-Crowds Light
I use to be a HH season pass holder. Back in 00 and 01 I throughly enjoyed visiting this park listening to the great new age music and just relaxing. NOT ANYMORE! This park (IMHO) has become a nightmare. On both visits this year I had to argue in order to get a tube since people were jumping over the ropes in line. The
weekend I was there in early August I could understand the lack of tubes but not this past weekend. They must have cut the tube supply by half. It was horrible. Nothing but arguing. I rode two slides then left. I have had enough. Next season I will try again but if it is not improved I can say for sure I will not return.

Kind of crowded. I arrived at 430 and it actually seemed as if the crowds were heavier at 7. I met up with two additional firends here so three of us rented the QBot since the coaster lines were generally 45-1hour waits. The rental was 9 per person which wasn't bad. My complaints to the system were minimal (like not being able to scroll ahead in your virtual queue to see what ride is after the next one and no back lighting except when beeped. But it is still a great idea.
B:Chiller They had just closed the Robin side when I arrived but that is ok I like Batman much more. I love this ride. Simple and intense. I think it now ranks in my top 5
Batman:TR I still dislike this ride :-) I believe it to be the worst of the inverteds out there. IT is just too intense for me. I only rode since I had the QBot but have skipped it the past few seasons. Maybe at coaster celebration I'll give it another shot.
Skull Mountain: Still a fun and enjoyable ride (IMHO) and the only coaster in the park my significant other will ride. Walk on without QBot
Viper: HAving worked here for three seasons I can never say bad things about Viper. It is like my baby. I know everything about it but more importantly I know how to ride it. The other two riders in my group didn't like it so much but all agreed it was better than Manhatten Express in LV.
Nitro: Sheer beauty at night! I wish ERT in the evening was here. The ride is graceful, fast and fun. NOt my top (I still enjoy Intamin/Arrow hypers more) but definately falls in around 4.
A few other notes
They finally got the effects working on Houdini again.
I saw no more gound markings over by the lake.
America was cheesy...Quest was much better
That is all. Hopefully I will see you at the coaster celebration next week.

Again this is my first report bash me for all things I said or didnt say
