do they have to go to the meeting to get a permit?...if they need a permit maybe we could find out the height at least when the post the meeting minutes???

To get township approval will require a permit. To get the permit, they will need to display the plans to them. I can almost guarantee that the minutes will mention how tall the ride is. They are always concerned about new rides being too tall. It should be a problem though because I doubt the new ride will break 200Ft.
